EC directive in accordance with article 95 EC contract

The CE identification was created for this so that safe products are ensured to the final consumer in the European working area (EEA) and the European community (EC) in the free goods trade. The CE identification is the "passport" for the European single market. The abbreviation CE means Communauté Européenne Franz (. for "European community").

The EC directive in accordance with article 95 limit minimum conditions for safety and health for almost all products. These may not be fallen below.  A product only then may be taken to circulation and taken into operation if it corresponds to the EU directives.

A conformity valuation method in accordance with the applicable EC guidelines must have been carried out. As a rule, the manufacturer of the product is responsible for this identification.

With the CE identification the manufacturer confirms the conformity of the product with the correct EC directives and the compliance with the "substantial requirements" fixed in this.

Dekorsy Printec-DS Keyboard GmbH feels as an enterprise, which one the requirements of the EC guidelines in accordance with article 95 EC Contract in its entirety.
